2. KYC and accurate information
You must give accurate, current information about yourself and your organization, complete KYC, and update us when details change, such as ownership, bank account, address or contact details. You must not use the Service to collect payments before your organization has been verified.
3. Monitoring and screening
We monitor transactions for unusual or suspicious activity using automated rules and human review. We screen users on onboarding and on an ongoing basis against available sanctions, watchlist and adverse-media sources, and we maintain customer due diligence records.
4. Reporting
Where the law requires it, we report to the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) and other authorities. This includes Currency Transaction Reports for large cash transactions, currently transactions above N5,000,000 for individuals and N10,000,000 for corporate bodies, and Suspicious Transaction Reports, which we may file for any amount where activity looks suspicious. We do not tell you when a report has been made.
5. Consequences
If we find a breach of this policy, we may warn you, suspend collections, hold a pending settlement, require remediation, or terminate your account. We may also report the matter to law enforcement, the Central Bank of Nigeria or our licensed partners, and cooperate with their investigations.
6. Working with us
Keep records that support your transactions, respond to our queries within the time we ask, and tell us promptly if you believe your account or a payer account has been used for anything prohibited.
